• 7.30am: Site Setup
• 9.00am: Site/Troll opens
• 9.00am: Rapier List field opens for Inspections and Warmups; Authorizations at MiC's pleasure
• 9.00pm: Armored Combat list field opens for Inspections and Warmups; Authorizations based on MiC bribery
• 10a-1pm: Pickup Fighting as desired. Subject to change at Marshals' whim.
• Whenever.YouWant pm: Lunch. No lunch on site, but there are plenty of good restaurants and several grocery stores in the area.
• 1.00am: Rapier Tournament
• 1.00pm: Armored Combat Tournament Begins
• 3.00pm: Pickup fighting
• 4.55pm: Both lists close
• 5.00pm: The Strange and Mysterious Cabinet of Curiosities Show
• 6.00pm: Feast
• 9.00pm: Site closes

Important Notes:

• There will be authorizations for youth to fight as adults.
• There will likely be games of the varied sort; be prepared for field announcements for classics such as "Cutest Buns in Darkstone!"
• Unfortunately, there is no camping like there has been in recent years. Municipal policies and site changes overrode our wishes on this one. There is, however, plenty of crash space with members in town.
• If you have any questions, please feel free to contact any of the below individuals. Over half of them live together, so information is often shared.

Directions:

The site is a large park east of the main Ashland community (ie, the "main community" being the 25mph zone on US Hwy 2). It is located on the shore (that's the North side of the Highway) of Lake Superior where the old military fort used to stand. We are approximately across the Highway from Von Holzen's Chevrolet dealership and Pamida. US Highway 2 is currently under construction in downtown Ashland (the aforementioned 25mph zone). Only westbound traffic is allowed through right now; eastbound traffic will be detoured around for about a mile. You will not be detoured past the event site. Main St (one street south from US Highway 2) is the easiest street to cut across, where as the actual detour will send you south 6 blocks, skirting the downtown businesses along 6th St.
