Site Information: Site is handicap accessible, dry, and non-smoking.
Site Directions:
From the East: Take best route to US2 about 2 miles short of Ironwood, MI; Turn right into Gogebic Community College.
From the West: Take best route to US2 to Ironwood; About 1 mile after Ironwood, turn left into Gogebic Community College
There will be visible, readable SCA signs as well.

Site Schedule for Saturday: 8:00 Site opens to Staff, Combatants and consorts, and Royalty
9:00 Site opens to the Populace, A&S Display Begins
10:00 Morning Court and Presentation of the Combatants
11:00 Tournament Begins
12:00-1:00 pm Lunch will be served (the tournament continues)
2:00 (estimated) Tournament concludes. Break until Evening Court. Open space for concerts and performances, etc.
2:30-3:30 (or 1/2 hour after tournament concludes) Chivalry meeting
4:00 Evening Court.
6:00 Feast
8:00 Dancing and Bardic
9:30 Site Closes

Friday Night Site Schedule:

Armor Inspections: 6pm to 9pm on Friday on site. Combatants and necessary staff ONLY. Troll will be open for Combatants and Consorts at that time. All other inspections will occur at the whim of the Earl Marshal before the beginning of the Tournament

Fees
Site Fee: Pre-registration $10.00 with a $3.00 non-member surcharge. Site fee is $13.00 at the door witha $3.00 non-member surcharge. Children from 6-14, $5.00. Children under 6 are free.
Feast Fee: Pre-Reg $10.00, $13.00 at the door. Children 8 or under are free.
Lunch (optional): $5.00 (see below)

Site Description:(form merchants, etc)

Full sized NJCAA basketball court/gym (a covering for the floor will be provided by site), cafeteria (can be split into 4 or 5 rooms if required for classes or meetings), full sized kitchen, lounge area, bathrooms near the cafeteria as well as those by gym which include locker room/showers, large parking lot, a couple large hallways, and possibly a few side rooms. Basketball Court/Gym: Court and the crown tournament will take place here. There is plenty of room for chirurgeon’s point, herald/information point, and for the general populace. Cafeteria: Feast and lunch will be held here as well as classes/meetings during the rest of the time if desired/needed. Full Sized Kitchen: Feast and lunch will be prepared here. Lounge Area: This area can be used for A&S, classes, and populace space. Hallways: Merchant areas. Side Rooms: There is a side room on the second floor that would be out of the way for either a royalty room or scribal room.
